Chris & Paula took over the running of this beautiful pub at the end of September.
Our menu will be changing over the coming months, and look out for forthcoming events over the next few months also.
Originally built and owned by the church, The Monks Retreat lies at the centre of Broadhempston's village square. Built in the 1400's and now grade II listed, you will always be sure of a warm welcome, a cold beer or wine and a hearty meal.

We have an open and bright Conservatory Area for larger tables/groups!
We have a wide selection of local and mainstream alcoholic beverages, as well as non-alcoholic too!
